1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above unless otherwise approved under a family membership.

2. Membership Types & Access

Memberships include monthly, fixed-term, couple, family (T&Cs Apply), off-peak, and day passes. Access is non-transferable.

3. Payments & Fees

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Some parts of the Service may require payment before access is granted. If you choose to subscribe to any of our paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription. Payment may be made through a third- party payment processor, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.

Taxes: If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, and payment information.

4. Personal Training & Services

Personal training requires an active membership and sessions are subject to availability.

5. Cancellations & Freezes
Freezes may be granted at management discretion. Missed sessions are not refundable.

6. Health & Safety

Members exercise at their own risk and must ensure medical fitness.

7. Conduct & Gym Rules

Members must follow gym rules and respect others.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sibbs Fitness Center Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or any other damages, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability.

9. Our Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, as a result of infringement of the terms and conditions of Sibbs Fitness Center Limited without prior notice or liability.

10. Personal Belongings

Sibbs Fitness Hub is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.

11. Photography, Media & CCTV

Media may be captured with consent. CCTV is used for security only.

Data is handled per the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sibbs Fitness Center Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content without our prior written consent.
